About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Hopkins Ford serves as the first point of contact for customers interested in purchasing vehicles. Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone
  • Process payments, invoices, and other miscellaneous office duties
  • Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying
  • Maintain office supplies for specific location

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
