Responsibilities
- Maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Managing incoming calls, texts, emails, and customer service inquiries.
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer issues.
- Obtaining basic product and service knowledge so that you can answer questions.
- Processing payments, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communication with your team and management as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
- The ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
