About The Position

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Charlotte Distribution Center in Concord, NC. This full-time, office-based position involves assisting existing and prospective customers via telephone, selling a range of products including engineered lumber and plywood. The CSR will collaborate with a sales team, ensuring high-quality customer service and effective order management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the building products industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Working knowledge of SAP and other customer service tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with inventory management and order administration.
• Familiarity with pricing and product knowledge in the building materials sector.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and assist in order file management, ensuring accurate pricing, shipping, and invoicing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, taking ownership of interactions and resolving issues.
• Submit new customer requests through SAP and assist with order entry from simple to complex.
• Develop relationships with customers to promote products and execute marketing activities.
• Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to manage data and systems effectively.
