Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming emails in personal and group mailboxes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with requested information or obtain necessary information from internal contacts.
  • Perform timely and accurate order entry, ensuring attention to customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Create tracking for and follow up on reported service issues.
  • Escalate concerns as needed.
  • Create new customer accounts in the ERP system when required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Service Environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
