About the position

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support through various communication channels including phone, email, and in person.
  • Manage data entry tasks, scanning, and document copies accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Process cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, providing detailed follow-up information as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging situations with customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience with data entry in a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with online customer service applications.
  • Experience in sales or outbound calling is beneficial but not required.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality and confidential services.
