About the position
The Customer Service Representative at Superior Plus Propane is responsible for managing incoming customer calls, providing information about products and services, and resolving customer issues efficiently. Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming requests and calls from customers, ensuring accurate and prompt issue resolution.
- Assist and support walk-in customers at the location.
- Contact customers to answer inquiries, resolve concerns, and create new business opportunities.
- Process orders and complete forms/applications as required to fulfill customer requests.
- Assist the sales team with incoming requests and outbound notifications for new services and products.
- Support additional Customer Service Center needs and requirements as assigned.
- Work overtime hours when business needs require it.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Five years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
