About The Position
Bodycote offers a Customer Service Representative position with a sign-on retention bonus of $1,500. The role involves working full-time, 40 hours per week, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed. The position is deemed safety-sensitive due to the nature of the business and requires passing a pre-employment drug screen and basic physical. The representative will be responsible for order entry, follow-up, and daily communication with customers in coordination with sales and other staff.
