About the position

Goodman Games LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status and other concerns. This full-time position involves responding to customer inquiries through various channels and requires a strong understanding of the product line. The role may also include assisting with warehouse tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a friendly and enthusiastic first point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via email, phone, Kickstarter messaging, and conventions.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedure documents to resolve issues related to customer orders, including expedites, order adjustments, refunds, and replacements.
  • Develop an understanding of the product line and offerings.
  • Assist with pick-and-pack of individual customer orders as needed to support the warehouse crew.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or similar applications.
  • Warehouse experience of at least 2 years.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in crowdfunding platforms like Kickstarter or BackerKit.
