About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Veritas Construction Services. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
• Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry in our system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Assist in office tasks as needed to support overall operations.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in data entry and comfortable using computer systems for record keeping.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent typing skills with attention to detail.
• Strong client service orientation with a focus on building positive relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office setting.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required.
