About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional client services and managing client accounts. This role involves interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Manage and organize customer accounts.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to build strong relationships.
  • Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Assist in general activities; cleaning, organizing and closing of store.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English; bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages are a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze situations effectively and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with sales processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
