About the position

The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers to provide information, address inquiries, and handle complaints. The role focuses on solving customer problems, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering business development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High school diploma; additional certification in Customer Service is a plus.
