About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Recovery Monitoring Solutions LLC is responsible for administering drug testing and managing electronic device installations and maintenance. This role involves ensuring client compliance with monitoring programs and providing customer service to clients and agencies. The representative will primarily focus on either drug testing or electronic monitoring but may rotate duties as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Administer drug testing and manage electronic device installation and maintenance.
  • Operate front desk efficiently and coordinate new client file setups.
  • Ensure client compliance with alcohol and drug screenings.
  • Collect client payments for services based on program requirements.
  • Meet with clients to install, remove, or perform maintenance on monitoring technologies.
  • Schedule installation and maintenance appointments for new referrals.
  • Manage daily communication and equipment alerts and maintenance items.
  • Deliver participant completion, non-compliance, and payment reports to supervising agencies.

Requirements

  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Clean background check
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office O365
  • Physical ability to bend, stoop, lift objects up to 10lbs.
