About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Taylor Communications, Inc. is responsible for managing all customer communications, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities

  • Manage all written and verbal communication with customers on behalf of the company.
  • Resolve all customer needs including orders, requests, and follow-up activity across multiple systems and functions.
  • Own escalations and concerns on behalf of the customer through root cause analysis and permanent resolution.
  • Engage appropriate resources to assist or resolve service issues as necessary.
  • Understand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policies.
  • Review a variety of work products for accuracy and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Familiarity with pricing systems and company policies.
