About the position

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent customer relationships through outstanding support and service. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and addressing inquiries and complaints effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other channels.
  • Provide comprehensive product and service information to assist customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain a thorough record of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customers' needs.
  • Provide feedback on customer service processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Consistently meet or exceed customer service and company objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing education to stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a customer service representative.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and remain patient and polite.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to build rapport with customers.
  • Willingness to learn about and adapt to new products or industry changes.
