Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers via phone.
  • Demystify industry jargon to make life insurance easy to understand.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through the application process.
  • Work closely with sales teammates to solve complex client problems.
  • Continuously improve performance in a metrics-driven environment, impacting earnings directly.
  • Ensure prospective customers receive unparalleled service.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a high-volume, dialer-based sales role.
  • Active life insurance license.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious with a desire to grow in the career.
  • Ability to work well in a target-driven environment with substantial incentives based on KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems on the fly using tools like Slack, Zoom, and Five9.
