- Answering incoming call volume and providing written communication for all lines of business for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts.
- Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products.
- Using multiple computer applications effectively.
- Actively participating in department initiatives and goals.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient skills with all computer applications for servicing and quoting all products.
- Proficient in utilizing knowledge management tools and resources.
- Strong accountability and customer focus.
