Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information about automotive products, services, and repair processes.
• Schedule appointments for service and repairs, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Assist customers with warranty claims and track the status of their requests.
• Collaborate with the service department to address customer issues and expedite resolutions.
• Process transactions, including payments and refunds, and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology or customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
