Responsibilities

  • Actively promotes Kele Companies' products and services utilizing ASLAN sales principles.
  • Communicates Kele Companies' value propositions to customers.
  • Maintains customer and account information in Salesforce database.
  • Sets up new customer accounts as per requests from the Accounting Department.
  • Completes outbound calls to customers for payment information.
  • Escalates complex cases to Senior Customer Service Team.
  • Releases web holds from orders.
  • Enters portal orders.
  • Inputs address information into Amazon orders.
  • Rotates with front desk duties.
  • Acts as an overflow resource for Salesforce team cases.
  • Participates in training opportunities and self-study to increase product and industry knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum one-year related work experience.
  • Ability to learn and use company software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
