About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Entr3pnr LLC will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers, providing assistance and support through various communication channels. Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction and retaining their business.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Provide technical support to customers using Entr3pnr.com's software, offering troubleshooting and solutions.
  • Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in products or services.
  • Propose and implement new processes or systems to improve response times and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base or FAQs that address common issues and improve self-service options.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers to ensure they are comfortable using the software and online store.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and another language.
  • Experience in software troubleshooting.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Entry-level position, no prior experience needed.
