About the position

The Customer Service Representative role is focused on providing exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and collaborating with management to stay informed about company offerings. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management to stay updated on products, services, and policies
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Perform other duties as requested

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7am - 4pm, with potential variations during peak season
  • Ability to work one weekend each month
  • Experience with various computer programs, including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and a team player
