Responsibilities

  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Engage in sales activities by promoting products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with data entry and office software applications is desirable.
  • A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
