Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
  • Proficiently navigate a Windows-based and Web-based system to track routes and optimize current and future schedules.
  • Field incoming requests and maintain efficient routes that reduce drive time for Orkin Pros.
  • Coordinate service, resolve issues, and support overall customer satisfaction to help the branch maintain and grow its customer base.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead with empathy and a service mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
