About the position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at PLS Financial Services Inc. serves as the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and educating them about the company's products and services. The CSR must adhere to company quality standards and comply with all relevant policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
  • Educating customers on products and services
  • Ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Following company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a balanced cash drawer
  • Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling
  • Using the point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions
  • Resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager
  • Helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment
  • Performing other duties as instructed by management

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant preferred
  • Ability and willingness to engage with customers
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to offer products and services based on customer needs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English required; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
