The Customer Service Representative at National Seating & Mobility (NSM) plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to clients with mobility needs. This position involves managing phone inquiries, coordinating with various stakeholders, and assisting in the completion of work orders to ensure clients receive the necessary support and equipment. Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
  • Coordinate order management with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and caregivers.
  • Assist in the completion of work orders, ensuring all necessary client information is documented and verified.
  • Perform data entry and clerical support tasks as needed.
  • Assist with physical inventory and accept delivery of goods when necessary.

Requirements
