About the position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Gerber Collision & Glass is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing relationships with customers and insurance companies. This role involves providing administrative support to the Repair Facility Team and ensuring the smooth execution of vehicle repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using Daily Demand Capacity Planner and CCC One schedule.
• Ensure timely retrieval of insurance assignments and obtain necessary repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare repair order (RO) work packets including quality control checklists and parts lists.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using CCC One notes.
• Confirm car rental information and update CCC One with rental car usage information.
• Manage ARMS (automated rental management system) throughout the day.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant
• Valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure
• Good oral and written communication skills with strong sales drive

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year experience in an auto body or similar work environment
• Previous customer service experience
