About the position

As a Customer Service Representative at Generator One LLC, you will be responsible for efficiently responding to customer inquiries via phone or email, addressing their concerns, and scheduling maintenance and repairs. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the company's growth through effective communication and coordination with service technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming calls and address customers' needs
  • Coordinate the Service Technician's calendar to schedule service for customers
  • Provide quotes to customers after the technician diagnoses issues to be repaired
  • Review and submit warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and verify criteria compliance as required by the manufacturer
  • Monitor the Mobile Link program, contacting customers when issues arise
  • Set customers up with Service agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications, orders, and project details

Requirements
