About the position

The Customer Service Representative role at an award-winning financial institution involves providing support to customers across eight states. Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls (75 - 100 a day)
  • Communicate with customers about their questions and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate customer records by consistently updating the database
  • Utilize a multi-screen computer setup efficiently
  • Demonstrate a genuine care and desire to help customers

Requirements

  • Strong customer service or administrative experience, especially within contact centers
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple screens and systems in a Microsoft Office environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in phone etiquette
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Eager to learn new software and information quickly
  • Ability to pass a 'soft pull' credit check and background check
