About the position

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain friendly, professional, and effective in-person interactions.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery, while encouraging reviews and comments on our platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance overall service quality.
  • Provide assistance to bilingual customers in Spanish when needed.

Requirements
