About the position

Rack Electric is looking for a Customer Service Representative who is energetic, organized, and efficient. The role involves assisting customers and co-workers, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a trade business environment and be comfortable using various systems and tools to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and co-workers with inquiries and issues.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
  • Schedule appointments and manage dispatching tasks.
  • Utilize Service Titan and Hatch messaging for customer interactions.
  • Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience in a trade business environment (required).
  • 2 years of call center experience with inbound/outbound phone calls (required).
  • 1 year of experience in appointment scheduling (required).
  • 1 year of experience using Service Titan (required).
  • 1 year of experience in dispatching (required).
  • 1 year of experience in data entry (required).

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Service Titan (preferred).
  • Experience using Hatch messaging (preferred).
  • Background in scheduling or dispatching (preferred).
