Responsibilities

• Become familiar with customers to create a name basis relationship
• Detail clothes into the POS system
• Check customers out through the POS system
• Answer phones with proper phone etiquette
• Rack clothes on a conveyor line

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• POS computer skills
• 1 year of phone etiquette experience
• Strong communication skills

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to problem solve and de-escalate certain situations
• Knowledge of Point of Sale system
