The Customer Service Representative role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow while effectively supporting multiple Account Managers and meeting sales quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through customer interaction and appropriate product delivery
  • Conduct routine customer service calls
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Uphold high customer service standards
  • Support multiple Account Managers by resolving customer issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by answering day-to-day customer inquiries, transactional requests, and general customer service needs
  • Create the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas in an accountability-based culture

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to listen to and understand customer needs
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
