About the position

The Customer Service Representative at JDI Distribution is responsible for managing customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves direct communication with customers, utilizing problem-solving skills, and collaborating with various departments to coordinate solutions. The representative will also assist in improving customer service practices and building strong relationships with the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with seeking solutions to specific and individualized situations.
  • Prioritize customer needs and assist with troubleshooting issues.
  • Learn, understand, and use Inventory Management Tool(s).
  • Handle or diffuse escalated complaints and cases of unsatisfied customers.
  • Articulate the distinct aspects of services and products to customers.
  • Develop client-focused, achievable, and differentiated solutions.
  • Motivate staff to improve customer service with clients.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with the Sales Team to grow customer loyalty.
  • Meet with the Senior Sales and Customer Service Supervisor to assess the company's performance.
