About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Adecco US, Inc. is responsible for providing exceptional customer care through phone and email interactions. This role focuses on delivering prompt and friendly service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. The position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and business partners through phone and email, delivering prompt and friendly service.
  • Tackle customer complaints with grace and professionalism, turning challenges into happy endings.
  • Monitor delivery routes to ensure everything is on track and on time.
  • Handle changes or cancellations to delivery orders efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in a call center.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver outstanding solutions.
  • Flexibility to work between 7am - 7pm.
