Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide outstanding client services by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately into our computerized systems.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist in training new staff on phone etiquette and customer support best practices.
• Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
• Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions to customers.
• Experience with cash handling is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
