About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Restorative Pain Institute serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth office operations and creating a positive experience for patients visiting the clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
  • Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and assist with booking arrangements
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and photocopying
  • Utilize computer literacy skills to navigate the EMR system effectively
  • Coordinate with medical staff to address patient needs and concerns
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience working in a front desk or customer-facing role preferred
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
  • Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and office management tasks
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
