About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Medical Device Manufacturing company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate information regarding orders or production.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while managing customer complaints or concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to give customer updates or concerns.
  • Document and implement orders into QuickBooks program.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on analyzing customer needs.
  • Familiarity with office software and systems for documentation purposes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
