About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Statewide Windows and Doors serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression of the company. This role involves greeting customers, managing communications, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, both in person and over the phone, in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and route phone calls and emails to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar for the company.
  • Purchase and track office supplies, and occasionally make trips to the post office to deliver first class mail.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.
  • Track and update project statuses.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be bilingual, English & Spanish.
