The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at J & C Investments is responsible for managing the logistics of truck driver check-ins and scheduling delivery appointments. The position is entry-level and offers training on the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Responsibilities
- Check truck drivers in and book delivery appointments.
- Schedule procurement of trucks from a list of companies.
- Input scheduling information into the computer system.
- File documents and print bills for loads.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and another language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Word programs.
- Experience in logistics or warehouse management systems.
- 1 year of relevant experience.
