Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to assist with their insurance needs, including policy inquiries, changes, coverage explanations, and claims assistance.
• Manage insurance policies for clients, ensuring accuracy and that they meet client needs.
• Provide quotes and explain coverage options, premiums, and policy details to help clients make informed decisions.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products or coverage options to existing clients.
• Respond to billing and payment processing inquiries and complete required reports and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy changes, claims activity, and other relevant information in the agency's database.

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, & AMS360).
• Must maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Knowledge and understanding of insurance carrier guidelines, lines of business, coverages, and terms.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through, and follow-up.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
