The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role at REQ Solutions Private Limited involves providing support in a warehouse environment, focusing on order entry, billing functions, and customer inquiries. This position is essential for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily order entry and billing functions; generate shipping orders and initiate back orders.
• Enter appropriate customer information into the computer system accurately.
• Answer questions from sales staff and customers regarding products and orders using inventory and distribution management software.
• Assist in pulling warehouse orders for walk-in customers.
• Stock the front showroom with products and maintain cleanliness and order.
• Monitor billings for accuracy and communicate with personnel to resolve discrepancies.
• Research discrepancies and debit memos to accurately process, issue, and post credits/debits to customer accounts.
• Reconcile inventory and assist in daily and month-end closing by ensuring all information is entered into the computer.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Pleasant phone voice and ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone.
• Demonstrated multitasking skills to enter accurate data while speaking with customers.
• Ability to remain calm and work under pressure while assisting team members.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
