  • Meet established monthly individual performance goals and group collection targets.
  • Follow federal and state laws related to debt collection, including HIPAA and FDCPA compliance.
  • Participate in team and individual meetings with supervisory management on collection efforts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center or phone-based customer communication environment preferred.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively over the phone.
  • Proficient computer and typing skills using Microsoft Office software.
  • Dependable and consistent attendance for full shifts.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in collection or call center work.
  • Healthcare Accounting/Finance background.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish for bilingual agents.
