The Customer Service Representative at Freedom Bank NJ plays a crucial role in responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance with various banking services. The representative is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues effectively while adhering to the bank's standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve problems.
  • Open accounts and maintain deposit accounts.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing wire transfers.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and requests.
  • Research and resolve customer problems, acting as a liaison between departments.
  • Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs.
  • Perform customer requested research, including printing statements and check copies.
  • Maintain the bank's files for currency transaction reports and suspicious activity reports.
  • Assess risk of all financial transactions executed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Work Saturday hours on a rotating basis.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience in customer service or banking.
  • Working knowledge of COCC is a plus.
  • Notary License is a plus.
