About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Waymaker plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to clients and laboratories within the healthcare industry. This position requires strong multitasking abilities and efficient management of a high volume of requests, ensuring that all client needs are met with a positive and professional attitude. The representative will be part of the Operations Department and will report directly to the Director of Operations, contributing to the overall mission of transforming patient care through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Print, order, and maintain marketing supplies for representatives on an ongoing basis.
  • Setup new accounts daily.
  • Create training materials as needed.
  • Ensure LSAs have training and materials on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide portal training and support for clinics and LSAs on an ongoing basis.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as reserving conference spaces and answering phones as needed.
  • Assist in onboarding of new employees.
  • Schedule meetings as needed.
  • Gather information for HR as needed.
  • Prepare reports and analytical data through each lab portal.
  • Prepare and maintain operational documents.
  • Take notes during meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare environment.
  • General knowledge of healthcare processes, particularly in claims and requisitions.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate various software platforms including CRMs, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Monday.com.
  • Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare environment.
