About the position

Premier Health Group is looking for a compassionate and organized Customer Service Representative to facilitate the admissions process by conducting questionnaire calls to medical professionals. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth intake process and serves as a liaison between medical professionals and the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from medical professionals and gather pre-admission information through a structured questionnaire.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of the information collected.
  • Document and maintain records of all calls and gathered data in our system.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with medical professionals to clarify any questions related to the questionnaire or the admissions process.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and clinical teams to provide seamless support for clients entering our facility.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
