About the position

The Customer Service Representative will be an integral part of the Customer Service team, responsible for maintaining high standards of customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. This role involves supporting various departments by addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain outstanding customer relationship standards through call quality and problem-solving.
  • Provide support to customers with sales orders, delivery status, back-order inquiries, and other order fulfillment issues.
  • Resolve customer concerns and follow proper escalation channels.
  • Ensure follow-through on all commitments made to customers and process requests accurately and timely.
  • Proactively communicate potential service issues to customers and internal personnel.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • 1-2 years of computer experience (Outlook, Teams, Word).
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of data entry experience (30 WPM).
  • High level of attention to detail.
