About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Diamond Parking Service is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing various operational tasks. This role involves training staff, conducting audits, ensuring facility cleanliness, and maintaining accurate data entry. The representative will also implement strategies to maximize parking revenue while fostering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and professional service to customers, cities, subordinates, co-workers, and managers.
  • Meet and exceed customer service experience and financial deadlines.
  • Train Leads and CSR's in customer service and operational procedures.
  • Conduct audits and take necessary actions based on findings.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.
  • Create and implement strategies for maximizing parking revenue.
  • Process transactions timely and accurately within established guidelines.
  • Ensure Leads maintain expectations and provide support as needed.
  • Onboard and train new CSR's and schedule CSR staff.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in special projects as assigned.
  • Act as IT contact for resolution of issues.
  • Maintain and update training materials.
  • Oversee data posting and review NetSuite.

Requirements

  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in small group situations.
  • Mathematical skills to perform basic calculations and interpret data.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and deal with problems.
