About the position

The Customer Service Representative position at Adecco involves providing support to customers by creating quotes and orders, answering inquiries, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. This hybrid role requires effective communication and organizational skills to manage customer requests and follow up on various processes.

Responsibilities

  • Create quotes and orders per customer requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries on open orders and shipment status.
  • Provide tracking information and status as requested.
  • Track shipments that are invoiced at delivery and remove billing blocks.
  • Send requested documentation such as MSDS sheets and import/export reports.
  • Follow up on open RMAs, credits, debits, and consignments.
  • Update equipment records with warranty information.
  • Assist with projects as assigned and provide backup for other team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and internal controls.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of similar experience or administration experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or equivalent software.
