About the position

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to insurance policies and account information. This role is crucial in providing support to both existing and new policyholders, ensuring they receive accurate information and assistance in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding existing and new insurance policies.
• Provide information about customer accounts and resolve any issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
