About the position

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer satisfaction-driven Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant to join a thriving manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. This role is critical to maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring exceptional customer service, contributing to the company's success which has been established for over 75 years. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone and email, ensuring timely responses and effective problem-solving.
  • Work closely with fellow CSRs and sister plants to meet daily customer goals, coordinating with warehouse teams to complete tasks.
  • Operate a label printer, print and organize Work Ticket packets, and complete quality audits.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and manage office filing to maintain a professional environment.
  • Collaborate with Corporate office and in-house quality departments to create samples for new and existing customers.
  • Keep accurate logs following quality and corrective action guidelines.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills for resolving customer issues.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Sage and SharePoint is a plus.
