Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
• Book sales and service appointments for our residential HVAC and plumbing services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Upsell additional products and services when appropriate.

Requirements

• Effective phone communication skills, including the ability to maintain professionalism, compassion, and positivity.
• Excellent customer service, communication, listening, and typing skills.
• Available for immediate full-time work, Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Passion for quality work and attention to detail.
